Terms and Conditions
This service is offered as a one-time provision, meaning that for each instance, it necessitates both a payment and the booking of a service to initiate a discussion.
This service is specifically designed to fit within a budgetary framework, and as such, Maret Migration offers advisory assistance while requiring you to personally handle all tasks associated with the migration process.
Maret Migration explicitly disclaims any responsibility for the outcome of applications, as the final determination of application outcomes is solely under the purview of Australian government agencies such as the Department of Home Affairs, skill assessment departments, and entities responsible for police clearance and medical clearance.
Maret Migration offers a range of advice and pathways to address migration-related inquiries. It is important to note that there may be multiple answers or options for a particular question. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the client to carefully evaluate their individual circumstances and select the advice that is most suitable and relevant to their specific situation.
After the consultation has taken place, we adhere to a strict policy of not providing refunds for the payment made.
It is crucial for you to be aware that meeting the eligibility criteria alone does not guarantee a successful application. In addition to your eligibility, you, your partner, or any other applicants within your family unit must fulfill the criteria, such as minimum migration points, English proficiency, positive skill assessment, police clearance, medical clearance, and relevant work experience if necessary. As a result, our consultation will encompass a comprehensive explanation of the criteria required to apply for a specific skilled assessment or visa.
Instead of offering physical face-to-face meetings, we conduct consultations through digital platforms such as Google Meet or WhatsApp.
Upon confirmation, we will proceed to book and provide you with a suitable meeting link that accommodates the availability of both parties. Please note that we do not conduct meetings on weekends and public holidays.
If you have initiated our budget service but find yourself unable to complete the process, you have the option to upgrade to our premium service at any time. In such cases, the amount already paid for the budget service will be deducted from the cost of the premium service. Please note that our assessment agent fee amounts to USD 1,000 (each assessment preparation and submission), while the visa agent charges stand at USD 2,000. Apart from agent fees, you will be responsible for paying all government-related fees as per the premium service agreement.
When making the transition from the budget service to the premium service, it is crucial to present the invoices for the previous budget payment that you have made. Deductions will be considered only upon submission and verification of these invoices. Please note that without the invoices, no deductions will be applied.
To transition from the budget service to the premium service, it is necessary for you to reach out to Maret Migration and engage in communication regarding the change. Additionally, you will be required to sign a separate agreement for each assessment and visa service provided under the premium service.
When transitioning from the budget service to the premium service, it is important to note that you will be required to make payments based on the terms outlined in the new agreement. However, we will deduct the amount you have already paid for the budget service from the total payment due for the premium service.
Please be aware that when opting for the budget service, there is a possibility that you may not have consistent access to the same advisor. Instead, you may be assigned different advisors for each interaction, all of whom are qualified to provide you with the required advice.
Since visa regulations are subject to possible modifications, it is prudent to initiate the visa application process in a timely manner if you meet the eligibility requirements. By doing so, you can ensure that any potential changes in the rules do not hinder or complicate your application process.
